PA to the CEO
Beverley comes to TLAT from the NHS where she worked as a PA to a Consultant. She has excellent secretarial skills and is supporting Robin in his role as CEO. Beverley is based at Mor and will often be the first point of contact for anyone visiting or contacting TLAT.
Projects and Developments
Andrea has a wealth of knowledge of school administration and development having worked on a number of innovative projects over the past 10 years including The Diploma, supporting the development of The Atlantic Consortium of Schools and The Kernow Teaching School Alliance.
Her role within the Trust is to support the Business Director with the administration and development around the continual growth of TLAT.
Ian has worked for TLAT for over 7 years within the Estates team. Ian has overseen a number of building projects for the trust including remodelling of Trenance LA with extra classrooms and a new hall layout; CIF projects at Foxhole and St Newlyn east and various refurbishments. He has been instrumental in the conversion process of all schools ensuring that the land and buildings are transferred smoothly and that conditions audits and maintenance plans are in place. Ian is also responsible for Health and Safety on TLAT school sites.
Trust Group Accountant
Emma has a background of supporting schools financially, having worked for the LFS team in the local authority for 13 years supporting schools in the Mid and West of the County. She has supported a number of schools converting to academy status both as Multi Academy Trusts and Single Academies. Emma has joined to Trust to support the Board and the Head Teachers in each school with their budget setting and monitoring.
Nicki has many years’ experience working with TLAT, she has covered various finance based roles within the schools and now works at Mor Core office where she is responsible for supporting all the schools with their finance systems. Nicki supports the Group Trust Accountant and Business Director.
Policy and Compliance
Teresa is working for TLAT one day per week; she brings a wealth of experience having worked within the Education sector for 30+ years, both within the classroom and as a strategic leader. Most recently, Teresa is the lead for the North Devon Teaching School Alliance and the Kernow Teaching School Alliance (comprising ACE MAT, NET MAT and TLAT MAT). She also has experience developing and running The Atlantic Consortium and South Restormel Consortium, Devon Teaching School Partnership and The Peninsula Teaching School Alliance. Teresa oversees policy and compliance for TLAT.
Katie came from Treviglas Community College where she studied A Levels with a particular preference for Maths and Accounting. Katie will study for her AAT Level 3 at Cornwall College and is gaining experience working with the Mor TLAT team.
